roman king was superb in meeting our diverse needs at club quarters hotel. the valet staff was friendly. the room was clean and comfortable, with an ideal location and a terrific view. the food at the restaurant was just as good as in italy. i was able to check in early, and the staff offered a bigger room and a future free night after a noise issue.

Great location near river boat tours, rooftop bar, and Michigan Avenue. Free coffee station, water bottle station, and toiletries.
Felt welcomed, no complaints.
